Fantastic quality, excellent customer service and great range

I was looking for a very specific long line for my Labrador, a thin biothane line longer than 10m with a lightweight clip, especially one that was made/supplied in Australia to avoid exorbitant shipping costs. I was recommended to try Collar & Ruff by an online enrichment group and was immensely impressed by the service from Lauren and the flexibility of the custom options.
I got the 10 mm width in cyan, it came neatly packed into a box with some cute stickers and has the Collar & Ruff logo on the line itself. It is incredibly lightweight, weighing almost the same as my 5m length from a different supplier and the clasp is light enough that it touching my dog's back doesn't bother her like other leads. Excellent quality with no trouble handling my 27 kg Labrador (admittedly, she doesn't really pull), easy to clean, very visually obvious to other dog owners and great flexibility for on-lead areas or added security in off-lead areas.
Could not be happier with my experience or the product, I'll definitely be recommending it to others and making Collar & Ruff my first stop for future biothane long lines.

20m Long Line

Love ours very much! We use it for our Dingo so she can go on adventures outside of her enclosure, she has chewed on it and tugged at it numerous times and it’s still holding up well. I’ve left it out in all sorts of weather and it hasn’t lost any quality. 5/5 stars ⭐️
