How To Order Collar Borders
How To Order Collar Borders
That's it! I will make your collar with a wider base so the rows of Border Pattern line the length of your new collar!

Collar Base
This is the Collar that a Dual Layer sits on top of. A Collar Base has the buckle, dee-ring, midsection, holes and tail. It is effectively a plain collar by itself, but acts as a Base piece when a Dual Layer is added on top.
Buckle End
This end holds the Buckle and dee-ring. The leather folds over the buckle and is riveted into place.
Midsection
This is the main section of a Collar where decorations are placed or a Dual Layer is attached.
Dual Layer
This is the piece of leather or Biothane that can be plain or decorated and is riveted on top of a Collar Base. Most of my designs are Dual Layer, this hides decoration prongs.
Holes
My flat buckle Collars have a standard 5 holes. The holes measure 9.5cm from the first hole to the last. Extra holes can be provided if requested before ordering.
Tail End
This is the opposite end of the Collar to the buckle. It is the section between the last hole and the end tip of the Collar. This section is where the Collar & Ruff ‘Dog Head’ logo is hot-branded on leather and printed on Biothane.
